Liability waiver
Acknowledgment of risk.
All URA members must acknowledge the URA liability waiver before participating in sanctioned events.

I understand that rodeo is an inherently dangerous activity that involves the risk of serious physical injury or death. I voluntarily assume the risk of participating in URA-sanctioned events as a contestant, official, timer, judge, pickup man, or other participant. I release the United Rodeo Association, Inc., its directors, officers, agents, sponsors, and event hosts from any claim or liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during, before, or after URA-sanctioned events. I confirm that the information I provide on my membership application is accurate and complete.

Using this option is a convenience and we appreciate you taking care of business with us. Keep in mind providing complete information will process your funds more efficiently and accurately as needed.
By “Submitting Payment”, you the customer/member/payee, agree to the total amount due for the “Transaction Amount plus Convenience Fee” to United Rodeo Association, Inc.
Your payment will include: The “Transaction Amount” (the amount you owe for goods or services to United Rodeo Association, Inc), plus “Convenience Fee” assessed on each transaction. We are collecting a standard $5.00 Convenience Fee. The Convenience Fee is determined and collected by our third-party payment processor in accordance with their rate schedule. Convenience Fees are subject to change at any time, new rates become effective on the date they are posted in these terms. Any transaction you submit on or after the effective date will incur the updated fee. All Convenience Fees are non-refundable. By clicking Submit Payment, you (“the Customer”) acknowledge and agree that:
- You will pay the total amount due, which is the Transaction Amount plus $5.00 Convenience Fee. Excluding this fee may prevent your payment from being properly applied to your account.
- United Rodeo Association, Inc. is authorized to collect this full amount through the provided Payment Link.
Email RodeoURA@gmail.com an application/information for your membership/payment details. Click the below “Payment Link” or use the provided “QR Code” for payments — provide complete details. Don’t forget to add the $5.00 processing fee.
If you prefer you may pay in person or mail to URA, 3681 NW County RD 16002, Adrian, MO 64720. Don’t forget to email member information and details on your payment.
